I’m Matt, Tampa based photographer, and founder of Lakay Motion Photography.

I started this journey with one mission: to help people and brands show up unapologetically. I’ve always believed that great photography is more than aesthetics, it’s presence. It’s the power to say, “this is who I am, and this is what I stand for.”

Raised with deep Haitian roots, “Lakay” means home to me, and it’s the heart of everything I do. My goal is to create a space where people feel confident, grounded, and fully seen in their best light.

My clients are entrepreneurs, artists, influencers, and creatives who are building something bigger than themselves. They come to me not just for a photoshoot, but for clarity, energy, and visuals that command attention without saying a word.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m studying brands, light, and movement. I’m obsessed with story-driven imagery that looks effortless, but feels unforgettable.
